Recruitment and Headhunting Services
Database search
Candidates who register with us are interviewed and their information is stored on our database. When we are briefed about a vacancy, we search our database for candidates already registered with us who match the level of experience and who would fit into the company. We short list the candidates and contact them to find out if they would like to be considered for the role. When the candidate gives us their approval we submit them for the vacancy and arrange interviews.
Headhunt
Where a search of our database has not produced enough suitable candidates, we pick up the phone and find out who is doing a similar role within a competitor company. We shortlist potential candidates and contact them directly. The candidate is presented with as much information, as possible, and invited to apply for the position. We shortlist suitable candidates and submit them for interview. We arrange interviews for those candidates who have been selected.
Advertising
We have relationships with industry media. At the company’s request we place adverts on its behalf. Where requested we sort out advert responses and put forward candidates that are suitable for the vacancy.
Market Salary Report
When required, we provide information about current market salary levels based on the level of experience, responsibility and product.
